What services do you offer?
I conduct individual therapy over a secure, HIPAA-compliant video telehealth platform. If requested, I will also conduct couples or family services via telehealth. I also consult with other healthcare providers you may have, such as a nutritionist, psychiatrist, family doctor, etc.
What if I don't want to (or can't) use video for telehealth appointments?
Many insurance companies will reimburse for audio-only telehealth appointments. If you are uncomfortable being on camera, please let me know!
Where are you located? In what states can you see clients?
I am located in Pennsylvania. I can see clients located in any PSYPACT state, which includes 43+ states.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes! I am currently in-network with Aetna, Highmark BCBS, Cigna, ComPsych, Medicare, Quest, and Tricare. I am actively pursuing credentialing with most commercial insurances. Please feel free to email me and ask if I am in-network with your current insurance.
If I am not in-network with your current insurance, we can see if your policy offers any out-of-network benefits. Otherwise, the fee for each hour of service is $150.
How often do you see clients?
Many of my clients want to meet on a weekly or every-other week basis. We will determine how frequently to meet based on your finances, level of need, and comfort. I see clients during business hours (8am-5pm EST), Monday-Friday.
